Rates and such...

Prices of handyman, remodeling and housewarming services: We charge $35 per hour for handyman services. Remodeling services are negotiated by the job. Housewarming services are available at $25 per hour, with a one hour minimum. We also bill you for 10% of the cost of third party services or goods purchased on your behalf. Caretaking clients will be provided with a complete Cabincare package including price lists, sample billing statements, driveway signs and forms for ordering services. We will require a key and any security information that we will need for entering your home when you are gone. We will bill you monthly for any Cabincare services that you have used, third party services or products we have purchased on your behalf. We accept personal checks, Visa, or Mastercard. Caretaking services are billed biannually. Our billing statements are detailed. Caretaking logs are mailed quarterly.
